An Important Update for Our Valued European Customers:

It is with a heavy heart that we share a difficult decision in which we are temporarily pausing all direct deliveries to the European Union, effective immediately.

We did not make this decision lightly. However, recent regulatory changes under the EU’s Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) Regulation (EU) 2025/40 have created additional operational and financial costs that we simply cannot absorb without compromising our business or raising prices dramatically for our customers.

Why We Are Pausing EU Shipping:

While we fully support environmental sustainability and reducing packaging waste, the practical requirements of PPWR present significant barriers for businesses like ours:

Extensive Documentation & Conformity Testing: The new regulation mandates exhaustive technical documentation, Declarations of Conformity, and material reporting for every piece of packaging used.

The Cost of In-Country Representation: For non-EU businesses like ours, compliance requires appointing and maintaining a designated Authorized Representative in every single EU Member State we sell to. The recurring administrative fees, legal retainer costs, and compliance management for 27 individual national schemes are impossible for small businesses like ours.

Finding a Long-Term Solution: We are actively researching distribution pathways and adhering to compliance within the EU to allow us to reopen shipping safely and sustainably in the future.

We want to sincerely thank you for your understanding, patience, and continued support. Shipping to the UK will not be affected, and we are looking at options to ship to Europe and  other parts of the world soon.
