Parrot Training Video Consultation - 60 Minutes

We are very pleased with the team from Best Behaved Birds, they gave us great advice and helped a lot with our situation. They are very knowledgeable and we will reach out to them if we need help again.

I am incredibly thankful for the help relieved from David and Sophie in relation to my Green Cheek Conure who not only fell out with me but experienced unexpected behaviour issues, coupled with hormonal biting. Prior to this Sunny was the best behaved wee boy, who started viciously attacking.

David and Sophie managed to squeeze me in at very short notice for a 60 min video consultation to allow work to start prior to me going on holiday.

I have had 20 years of bird owning experience, however I never experienced any hormone issues with my cockateil or rosella and was out of my depth.

I was very impressed with the video consult and how much detail and thought was put into the email outlining the conversation and most importantly the aftercare.

The consultation was very positive, where they noted what i was doing right, before giving over their recommendations for change, which made me feel less of a failure.

I was really impressed with the pre consultation questionnaire, which allowed them to look into everything before the consult so it mostly covered what's needing done, rather than investigating on the call as that's been mostly covered in the questionnaire. It was very detailed and asked for us to give as much information as possible.

We had an issue where I went on holiday a week after our initial consultation and we knew we were destined for a set back, but we still stayed making the recommended changes to diet, cage set up and training, to allow it all to continue with my bird sitter in my absence.

9 weeks later and we're seeing a massive difference! This last week everything seems to be falling into place and we're seeing a huge improvement. Sophie, David, from the bottom of our hearts
